information and belief as follows:
' Defendants Richard Gutch, Jeffrey Walter, and Tracy Lavelle are all current or former employees of the City of New York, but have not been served with the Amended Complaint. Thus, an answer is not submitted on their behalves at this time. An answer to the amended complaint has already been filed on behalf of Defendants the City of New York, Vincent Ignizio, Vito Mustaciuolo, Ira Gluckman, William Deluca, Robert Ruvolo, Stephen Coyle, and Albert Girimonte.
