Dear Ms. Rosenthal:

We are aware of the Congressman’s interest and concern regarding the air quality In lower Manhattan. Enclosed is a six (6) page petition signed by personnel of the New York City , Environmental Control Board located on the 9”^ and 10^ floors of 66 John Street, also known I as 59 Maiden Lane, regarding what we consider to be the unacceptable air quality of our office environment.

We would greatly appreciate any assistance the Congressman can give us in addressing these concerns.
