INTRODUCTION: GLOMAR Corp., Asbestos Testing and Consulting, was contracted by 59 Maiden Lane Associates LLC, to collect ambient Air samples, and tested utilizing Pcx and TEM Analysis. Samples were collected at 59 Maiden Lane, NY, BY, on the 9, 106% & 11% Floors. Testing was performed on March 4" and 5“ , 2003 by Mr. Sean Murray, NYS Inspector, AK-90-00304. TI. AIR MONITORING CRITERIA, METHODS & ANALYSIS: Aiz noniteoring dusiag couplied with Part &6 ef Title 12, Sub-Parct §6-17, Aix Sampling Monitoring and Analysis of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York. Aix sampling Monitoring ehall use (et a minimum), standards administrated by the Netional Institute for Occupational Safety & Bealth (MIOSK) Mathod 7400 (PCM) and Method 7402 (TEM). Also followed is the Wew York State Departmant of Health Environmental Laboratory Approval Program (ELAP) Items f's 236-273. PCM analyais gives an index of Airborne Fibers in the work place and TRM analysis gives an a of Asbestos Airborne Fibers ia the work place. TXT. SUMMARX OF WORK COMPLETED: March 4 & 5, 2003 - Phas Jo et, £ Bld. Mx. Sean Murray was on. site to collect Five (5) Ambient Air Samples on the ath Floor. Four Samples, one each at the Worth, South, Bast and west side of the Floor were taken and tested utilising PCH Analyeis. One Semple was taken in the ERLE: ef the Floor and teated utilizing TEM Analysia. Air Sumples were collected and laboratory analysed at Scientific Laboratories, Inc, 117 Bast 30% Street, New York. Fiber concentxation were well below 0.01 fibers pex qubic centimeters (f£/ce)~ POe Sa and well below 70 structures/eq.as - TEM Analysis.
