Glomar Corp., Asbestos Testing and Consulting, was contracted by 59 Maiden Lane Associates, LLC to perform Dust/Bulk Wipe Sampling on the outside window sills on various floors of the building at 59 Maiden Lane, New York, NY.

Testing was performed to determine the presence or absence of asbestos in the Dust of the Bulk/Wipe Samples collected on the window sills that may still be present on the building as a result of th.e massive dust created by the claps of the World Trade Center Buildings on September 11, 2001.

Testing took place on July 5 and 8, 2002.

Glomar Corp. Technician, Mr. Sean Murray, was the on-site Technician.

All Bulk/Wipe Samples were collected by Glomar Corp and analyzed by Scientific Labs, New York, NY, a New York State approved Environmental Testing Laboratory. All samples were analyzed utilizing Phase Light Microscopy(PLM) and/or Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) analysis. This report relates ONLY to the analysis expressed as "asbestos present" or "no asbestos visible".

The Dust Bulk/Wipe Samples were prepared and analyzed by using Standard Operating Procedure developed by Scientific Laboratories, Inc.
