This is a follow-up to the April 3,2003 memorandum and its attachment Robert C. AvaltronI TEM air sampling was performed at 66 John Street on April 5,2003. Twenty-two Deputy Commissioner (22) samples were collected from representative locations on the lO'*’ floor and Bureau of portion of the 9*^ floor. The sample analysis disclosed all samples were below the Environmental AHERA clearance of 70 s/mm^ and below the detection lii^t. A copy of the Compliance results is attached for your perusal.
