Michael Gilsenan— Thank you for your progress report of today. It is my understanding that we are in the 7th inning of the acquisition process for the writers of the site specific scope. Additional information has been requested and subsequently provided to the scope writers to aid them with their proposals. It is anticipated that they will be submitting their proposals in the very near future and hopefully, their contract will be awarded no later than Monday, July 8. New item: There will be two scope writers, one to address asbestos containing material (ACM) and another to address heating, ventalation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). As previously discussed and agreed to, additional issues such as metals will be incorporated into the site specific scope at a later date with the input of the EPA and the tenants association. You do not require any thing from the tenants association at this time. Again, thank you for efforts in moving this along.
