A through cleaning of these systems would restore them to a useable condition. Traditional kitchen exhaust hood cleaning practices as prescribed by the Ihtemational Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) could be used for this purpose.

• Omission of an apartment unit in the table above means that no specific recommendations are required over and above detail cleaning.

(24) Time sheets shall be submitted to DEP on a weekly basis.

(25) At the completion of work a final report shall be submitted to DEP. The final report shall include copies of the daily logs (activities and entry/exit logs), waste manifests, etc.
