Area to be cleaned; Ths Scops de nes the area to be cleaned as 12 oors at 125 Cedar Sr, This would include only the residential floors. You represented to us that the entire building, including the commercial floors, would be cleaned, vis have asked that this be clarified in the Scope. We would appreciate your speaking to Hr. Giisanan about this issue, so that it is clear that the entire ouiiding will be cleaned. Asbestos standard; You have assured us that the building will have to satisfy the health-based standard f or asbestos; this must be induced the Scope. Testing for mercury and dioxin: 5 ?3e have requested that rhe building be tested for dioxin, mercury an other toxic r.etals, based in large ©art on statements made to us by SPA scientists that this ’was necessary.
