Gilsenan, Michael From: Dave Stanke [[email protected]] Sent: Friday, January 10, 2003 10:32 AM To: Dave Stanke; Jack Springston; Michael Gilsenan; Daniel Kaner; Karen Greenspan; Mark Wainger; Steven Abramson; Steven Elghanian Co: Linda Rosenthal; Yvonne Morrow; Christopher Warnick; Denise Sweeney Subject: RE: Proposed meeting to determine scope of 114 Liberty Project: Monday January 13th at 1:30 PM.

Michael, I would like us all to get together on Monday, January 13th at 3:30 PM at 114 Liberty to discuss the scope of the project and how we can execute it appropriately. Jack Springston has reviewed your comments, so perhaps we can discuss some of your concerns. Our window work will be completed early in February. We’d like to start demolition at that time, if not sooner. As you know, most of the people in this building have children, so we need completely clean the building before we return. We also faced very different circumstances than others in the design of our ventilation systems. I hope we can work out this complex situation. Finalization of this meeting depends on confirmation by Jack and Michael. I'd like to do the meeting on Tuesday, so if you can't make it at 1:30, please suggest alternate times on Tuesday or on Wednesday. Thanks, Dave Stanke
