C. State Requirements: which govern asbestos abatement work or hauling and disposal of waste materials include but are not limited to the following:

1. New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC).Regulations regarding waste collector registration Title 6, Part 364 of the New York State Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations 0 6 NYCRR 364.

2. An annual "Industrial Waste Hauler Permit" specifically for asbestos-containing waste to disposal site.

3. New York State Department of Labor Asbestos Industrial Code Rule #56 Title 12, Part 56 ofthe New York State Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations - 12 NYCRR 56.

4. New York State Department of Labor Asbestos or Products Containing Asbestos: Licensing Article 30, Sections 900-911 of the New York State Labor Law Created by Laws of 2986, Chapter 775.

5. New York State Department of Health Asbestos Safety Program Requirements Title 10, Part 73, Chapter II of the New York State Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations -10 NYCRR 73.

6. New York State Department of Health Laboratory Accreditation Requirements Title 10, Parts 55.2 and 55.3 of the New York State Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations - 10 NYCRR 55.2 & 55.3

7. New York State Department of Health Laboratory Accreditation Requirements, Article 5, Chapter I, Section 502 ofthe New York State Public Health Laws.

D. LOCAL REGULATIONS: Which govern asbestos abatement work or hauling and disposal of waste materials include but are not limited to the following:

1. New York City Local Law 70, Local Law 80, and RCNY title 15.

2. New York City Department of Health - Guidelines on Assessment and Remediation of Fungi in Indoor Environments.

1.03 LICENSES:

A. Maintain current licenses as required by applicable state or local jurisdictions for the removal, transporting, disposal or other government regulated activity relative to the work of this contract

A. Post all notices required by applicable federal, state and local regulations. Maintain two (2) copies of applicable federal, state and local regulations and standards. IVbintain one copy of
