Whenever a ocmtractiag agency daermines that a contractor’s cranpliance with a crxnracior utilization plan has sex been satisfactory, the agency shall file an Advice of Cautiem form for inclusion in the VENDEX Cattdon Data Base pursuant to Secdem 6-01 of the Rules of the Procurement Policy Board. A Copy of such form shall be dnwarded to DEFO.
