ARTICLE 9- BOOKS AND RECORDS

9.1 MAINTENANCE The Contractor agrees to maintain separate and accurate books, rectxds documents and other evidence and accounting jxocedures and practices which sufficiently and prt^ieriy reflect all direct and indirect costs of ar^r nature expended in die performance of diis Agreement.

9.2 RETENTION OF RECORDS The Ctxaractor agrees to retain all books, records, and other documents relevant to this Agreement for six years after die final payment or termination of this Agreement, whidiever is later. City, State and Federal auditors and any other persons duly authorized by die Department
