Att. 2 - A faxed memo from Howard Friedman, indicating the changes WleSiOiwaseiiJj' desired by the Contracts Division; and

Att. 3 - Revised, clean copy (with draft line removed) of the License Agreement, incorporating Howard’s changes.

If all is in order, I would ask you to approve Attachment 3 as to form, and fax back the approval page to me at 718-595-6543. We plan to roll out our program as soon as possible, with respect to the zone covered by the one contractor (Fiber Control) who we know can get 5/50 in general liability coverage, and on which we have a price quote. We are working to get a price quote on the second contractor who can get this coverage, and working with the third contractor to try to help him get the coverage (we may need to discuss a City-purchased “umbrella” if he cannot get the coverage on his own; we obviously should have uniformity across the greater geographical area we are dealing with).
