In preparation for an upcoming presentation by the Mayor and the Governor on the state of Lowef Manhattan since 9/11, we are asking that each agency involved in the recovery and rebuilding efforts submit a memo that highlights its key accomplishments in this area. f
The memo should only he one page and limited to key accomplishments. If necessary, you may include statistics and graphs as separate attachments. Please send s your memos directly to me via email at [email protected] no later than noon on Monday, August ^6.
