The FDNY program is open to all active and retired FDNY and EMS
members who responded to the 9/11 attacks.
The Bellevue and Mount Sinai programs have multiple sites. For the
location of these sites, visit www.nvc.gov/9-l IHealthinfo and click on
“Monitoring and Treatment.”
Employees are expected to provide documentation of their appointment in
accordance with Department of Environmental Protection policy.

approved if documentation from the program where the appointment was
scheduled supports the additional time.
Addressing the Health Impacts of 9/J1 also recommended the appointment
of World Trade Center Agency Liaisons. I have been appointed as your
Agency Liaison. If you have any questions about 9/11 health, please contact
me at (718) 595- 3411.
