Workers and volunteers may be eligible for this program if they performed rescue, recovery, debris clean-up and related support services at the World Trade Center site and certain other locations. To determine whether you are eligible, contact the program at 888- 702-0630.

FDNY: World Trade Center Medical Monitoring and Treatment Program 718-999-1858

The FDNY program is open to all active and retired FDNY and EMS members who responded to the 9/11 attacks.

The Bellevue and Mount Sinai programs have multiple sites. For the location of these sites, visit www.nvc.gov/9-l IHealthinfo and click on “Monitoring and Treatment.”

Employees are expected to provide documentation of their appointment in accordance with Department of Environmental Protection policy.

Any absence in excess of four hours (including travel time) should be approved if documentation from the program where the appointment was scheduled supports the additional time.

Addressing the Health Impacts of 9/J1 also recommended the appointment of World Trade Center Agency Liaisons. I have been appointed as your Agency Liaison. If you have any questions about 9/11 health, please contact me at (718) 595- 3411.
