I was recently contacted by Joseph Trimarco of Asbestos Containment Services, a company contracted with your agency as an Emergency Calling Contractor.
Mr. Trimarco informed my staff that his company was summoned to work at Ground Zero during the period of September 20th thru September 26th. Asbestos Containment Services worked within DEP guidelines, responding immediately to the contract. Accordingly, DEP agreed to compensate Asbestos Containment Services in the amount of $95,250 (invoice#: 18610-B).
Almost three months have elapsed since the contract was completed. I would appreciate if you would please advise us to when the account will be settled.
