Dear Mr. Toro;

Your e-mail was forwarded to the NYC Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Bureau of Environmental Compliance for response. For cleaning of the exterior of buildings in lower Manhattan, you can call DEP's help line (718) 337-4357. For cleaning of the interior of buildings you should call the Environmental Protection Agency at 1-(877) 796- 5471.

I hope this will be of assistance to you.
