Your correspondence was referred to the Department of Environmental Protection for response.

Our records indicate you had entered a request for indoor air testing at 17 John Street.

As you are probably aware, the USEPA has established a hotline and web site for indoor testing and cleaning. You can register for the cleaning and/or testing by electronically submitting your request. Although attempts have been made to compile previously submitted information, you should complete the USEPA registration form to ensure inclusion in this program. Please refer to the USEPA web site for more information or you may call the hotline number at (877) 796-5471.
