Please let me know, as soon as possible, the role of DOH and EPA in this incident and die relationship to the EPA 1 am specifically looking for guidance on which agency determines the hazards that need to be assessed, which agency collects the data, which agency interprets the data, which agency is responsible for disseminating the data, and, lastly, whidi agency will make the final determination regarding the environment^ safety of any particular area? Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
