(“JBH”) for [email protected] Emergency Contract WTC-ARB, a mistake, clearly evident on the face of the bid, was discovered. Specifically, the extended price for Item 9, “3-Bedroom Apartment,” is arithmetically incorrect. The arithmetically correct extended price for Item 9 is $157,500.00 (90 X $1,750), not $67,500.00 as entered by JBH on its Bid Sheet. Consequently, JBH’s Total Bid price is $4,595,600.00, not $4,505,600.00, as indicated by JBH on its Bid Sheet. JBH’s status as the apparent low bidder remains imchanged.

Pursuant to §3-02(m)(3)(ii) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, you are requested to appear at our offices in Flushing, Queens to confirm that JBH’s Total Bid price is $4,595,600.00. You must also correct and initial the original Bid Sheet and sign and submit the original of this letter. This letter is being FAXED to you in advance so that you may immediately call Greg Hall at (718) 595-3236 to arrange a mutually convenient time for the verification of the mistake and the correction of the bid.

Please be advised that if you do not appear in our offices to confirm your that your Total Bid price is $4,595,600.00, JBH’s bid shall be rejected as non-responsive.
