Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan,
As per your request, we arc hereby submitting our proposed agenda for the meeting you suggested for Fnday 7/26/02 (time to be confirmed).
We are aware that you arc considering extending the above referenced contract. We have no objections and we will agree to this extension under the following conditions:
1. Facade cleaning shall mean exactly that (not windows or ledges only). 2 Payment for the original contract must be paid in foil — no retention before we start additional work. 3. Extended contract shall be paid two weeks after submission of bills with no retention. 4. All prices from original contract will be honored by Benjamin Kurzban & Son Control Inc - as long as no change in scope 5. Insurance policy will expire on 11/22/02 and must be renewed at a cost to be negotiated Tf these conditions are acceptable, we look forward to a long and continued excellent relationship.
