To request cleanup and/or testing for your residence or business, sign up on the EPA’s WTC Web site or call the WTC toll-free hotline at 1-877-796-5471.

For reimbursement for purchase of an air conditioner, air purifier, and HEPA filter vacuum, contact the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at 1-800-462- 9029.

For reimbursement on an old air conditioner, call The New York State Energy Research and Development Agency (NYSERDA) at 1-877-NYSMART.
