Thank you ail for calling last night to discuss this issue, and I’m sorry that I missed your call. As it turns out, I had a good chat with Bob Avaltroni of DEP last night, and we came up with some ideas for how to structure the meeting in as constructive a manner as possible. Bob confirmed that Cathy Callahan from the EPA will be there, as will he. He will also confirm with Jim Miller from the Dept of Health. Bob thought the following agenda made sense: 1) DEP presentation on progress of exterior cleaning - with Q&As limited to 10 mins 2) EPA presentation on proposed interior cleaning program (this is due to launch in early Sept, although I am not sure we should commit to that publicly) - with Q&As limited to 10 mins
Also, we need to decide who will facilitate the meeting. Let’s touch base later today or tomorrow on this. Hope these thoughts are helpful. best, Laurel
