As you know, since we last met, the Edelman folks have been working on incorporating the air quality research into a single document, based on several conversations with you, the EPA researchers and lots of time and effort devoted to compiling other published research. Attached is an overview of the proposed report which will be the foundation for what we send to Lower Manhattan residents. We think it's a great start and are eager to hear from you as well so we may incporporate your feedback. Please respond to both Jon and myself with comments.
