3.10 INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE TECHNICIANS/SAFETY MONITORS

This includes personnel conducting industrial hygiene activities (worker exposure monitoring and safety inspections) around the job site. Industrial hygiene technicians will be employees of contractors as well as the FBI, the Public Health and Human Resource Department, and USCG. These workers will be intermittently entering and exiting the Exclusion Zone.
