SECTION 3.0 - ACTIVITY HAZARD ANALYSIS

The evaluation of hazards will be based upon the knowledge of site background presented in this section and anticipated risks posed by specific operations. The following describes each task/operation in terms of the specific hazards and the protective measures that should be implemented. The identifications of hazards will change as work procedures are modified. As such, this section should be considered a fluid document, and is subject to change throughout the project.

3.1 HAND SORTERS This includes workers using hand tools to manually sift through debris on the ground. This workforce manly includes employees of the NYPD and the FBI. These workers will be in the Exclusion Zone.
