The use ofpersonal HEPA air cleaning d^ces in the living area may be effective in reducing toe amount of particulate circulating in the air. A HEPA air cleaning device which also contains charcoal or carbon filters may be effective in toe partial removal of minor, nuisance level odors.

Tenants and building owners should discuss toe satistoctory resolution of building related and cleaning concerns. Building owners should provide residents with information conceming the steps that have been taken to ensure that toe appropriate actions have been performed. City agencies will respond to any additional or continutog concons or questions you may have, however, toe minimum actions outlined here are essential for the safe re-occupancy of buildings in toe lower Martoattan area.
