M. Davenport from REBNY called me today to confirm Thurs. mtg. with REBNY and representatives from Battery Park. I informed her that I wasn't sure if DEP's letter and release form would be ready for the mtg and that maybe we could reschedule. She said that the letter and release form were secondary to DEP addressing the group, especially since she invited people outside the group. Additionally, the next mtg.would not take place for another 28 days. It seems that REBNY is just interested in hearing the details of the project. I told her that it was not a problem and we would be there. I will contact her tomorrow with the attendees.
