hours over five weeks, was’ employed as.'a-demolition/debris removal worker
at the.site of the collapse of the World Trade Center (WTC).
During the above mentioned period, BRUCE GREENBERG was misled into believing
that was safe to work, and he was not_provided with any respiratory equipment.
On May 5, 2004, he learned that the’illnesses he suffered were as a direct
. result of his work at said site and time period.
