Subject: NATA ESTIMATES WITH NONROAD MODEL
Rich,
This is the e-mail from Harold Nudelman that we discussed this morning.
Is there any statement we can add to the NATA web site to help New York
City, New York State etc. deal with public and media response to the
high diesel estimates? E.g., if NRDC applies California health
benchmarks to the NYC numbers, then we might be hearing a lot about
nonroad diesel in NYC.
Thanks.
Carol

Attach please find some comments that I prepared on the diesel PM NATA
estimates for 1996 for NY and the Nonroad model and my concern about
other pollutant estimates for NY with significant nonroad contributions.
1 am also attaching some earlier comments that 1 sent in on the same
issue.
Sincerely,
