Barge
1 • Noise complaints: banging from the barge is keeping people
awake at night, who should they call to complain?
This is enforced by DEP. Current practice has been to have person
call 1-718- DEP-HELP and tell the operatorthat the noise is coming
from the barge at West and Harrison St. and that the supervisor on
call should be notified immediately
• Dust: Debris is being dispersed through the air from the work
at the barge.
