Q: Have tax filing deadlines been changed?
A: Some tax filing deadlines have been changed for affected businesses. Information is available at

The New York State Department of Tax and Finance and the New York City Department of Finance plan
to push back the Deadline for quarterly taxes from companies displaced by and affected by the
destruction of the World Trade Center complex. Details on the length of the extension are still being
worked out. Please consult www.nvc.gov or www.nvcp.org for updates.

filing estimated taxes, which had been September 15, has been postponed one full Quarter (until
January).
