1. Create an “Office of Lower Manhattan Air Quality/WTC Response*
Office functions: • Coordinate NYCDOH’s participation in multi-agency efforts on environmental issues; provide expert advice; parti-Jpate in governmental and community meetings; serve as an advocate for residents and workers in Lower Manhattan
