1. Contaminants of Potential Concern Update • The latest draft of the report will be sent out to the COPC workgroup by June 10* and it is anticipated to go to peer review by June 14'^. • The funding for peer review is in place. • Critics of EPA sampling want more exposure data. EPA will do a small segment of wipe samples for metals such as mercury. - Mercury data received fi-om a consultant showed questionable results and instrumentation limitations - EPA and NYCDOH will do some follow-up sampling with a more reliable instrument. This issue will be discussed further at a later date.
