Please forward this to Barry on Tuesday morning. One point to make is EPA has included
validation of asbestos samples for common spaces and DEP has not required samples be taken
in the scope of work. I hope that EPA agrees with us or the scope will change yet again.
Thanks,
Mike

Dore,
There is no sampling estimate for the 3000 common spaces. Our thinking is that these are
open spaces and no testing would be required due to the nature of the space. If you
require a more detailed/technical explanation. I'll have Krish give you a call.
Thanks, Mike

In accordance with my previous message to Paul Barry attached is a
revised matrix for your resubmission to FEMA. Please let us know if you
have any questions. As I was studying these numbers again today I
noticed on your cost sheet there is not a sampling estimate for the 3000
common spaces, I only could find an estimate for the 500 common spaces
requiring scope B, I don't know where the estimate is for the other 2500
common spaces. Please let us know where that value is. Thanks
