Due to heightened security procedures implemented in the aftermath of Sept. 11th, the Bureau of Environmental Compliance has been requested to participate in security details for an increasing number of high profile events in the city, the next being Fleet Week. In addition, we will be implementing the rooftop and facade remediation project very shortly which will require a tremendous amount of supervision of contractors in the field.

It is necessary that we request an emergency overtime waiver for the following staff members in the percentages indicated;

Moustafa Fawzy - 50% Stanley Siebenberg - 50% Wai Man Wong - 50% Christopher Haas - 50% Stanley Baldwin - 50% Elie St. Jean - 50% Roberto Diaz - 50% Howard Schneider - 50% Leonard Atteloney - 40% George Anaku - 30% Ahmad Soloki - 30% Emmanuel Brutus -30% Ramasubbu Rammohan - 50% Alphonso Plumptre - 50%
