Gilsenan, Michael From: Gilsenan, Michael [DEPNET1/DEPGPO2/MichaelGi] Sent: Tuesday, April 23, 2002 4:30 PM To: 'Chapin, Diana 001'; 'Avaltroni, Robert' Cc: 'Radhakrishnan, Krish' Subject: REBNY request

Marilyn Davenport called this afternoon regarding the exterior clean-up project. She wanted to lend a hand in getting building owners to sign the releases that the City would require to gain access to their building. (This is something she had mentioned at our meeting with REBNY earlier this month.) She was asking questions for which I did not have the answers. I said I would get someone from Legal to call her. I can ask Mark to have Russ call or would you prefer calling her?
