Charlie- FYI to date the WTC Hotline has rec'd 546 calls. DEP has rec'd 60 referrals from the Hotline; 53 have been resolved and 7 are in progress. In all 53 cases so far no visible debris was observed. Prior to the establishment of the WTC hotline DEP HELP rec'd 99 calls (since Senator Clinton's Hearing on 2/11). In 98 cases no visible debris was observed. IN the other case DEP was able to sample and the results were postive. DEP verbly requested a cleanup and the landlord complied. e

Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Monday, April 1:
We received a total of 21 calls during operating hours 1 was about cleaning 3 were about the environmental conditions in lower Manhattan 2 were potential requests for indoor air testing 10 were for the old WTC hotline 2 were "other" questions 3 were hang-ups
We received 1 voicemail which was a hang-up.
