As per your instructions, I contacted Dennis Santella by telephone to follow up on my 2"^^ e-mail from 12/6/02.
Dennis stated he forwarded the e-mail and my questions to Ray Basso because he did not know the differences in the entries. He is responsible for the maintenance of the data and information, but not how entries are made. Further, he stated that Ray did not know either but he would be contacting each of the OSCs. He stated that it appears that some entries were made that shouldn’t have been made. He specifically mentioned that he and Ray did not know what the N/A in the onsite confirmation column meant.
In short, they will be forwarding us the reply as soon as they have the information. To state the obvious, we will need to wait for the reply to use the data provided.
