bob, michael, just to keep you informed...we will be sending out several final reports from quad D where work is recommended via express mail to krish. they should arrive monday.
have you gotten the reports on the lefrak buildings? we should see if the finals we have include any lefrak buildings.
we should then touch base on whether you want terman to go out with our staff and develop estimates, based upon the contract unit costs - or whatever other criteria (which i believe is what krish had suggested; you can tell us how this would fit into your pricing approach) ...or whether you have gotten existing reports from the building manager, and ray and krish should review both and make a determination.
trying to keep this process moving.
we will continue to push for final reports incessantly next week.
