sorry we've missed each other bob. i hope to talk to you later, in the meantime, michael, i thought perhaps you can see if tuesday afternoon next week works for you to come and meet with us and the hvac consultant we have been working with to discuss the checklist and protocol for hvac reviews and see what might be considered for addition. that is the only day they are available next week, so i have asked them to come (they are from boston and Syracuse). i hope we can make this day work, but let me know and we can see how to arrange our joint meeting. thanks. kc
