19. Any damage or loss that occurs during cleaning is the responsibility ofthe cleaning contractor. The cleaning contractor is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the acts of third parties not involved in the cleaning.

20. All work shall be in compliance with all other applicable requirements ofTitle 15, Chapter 1 ofthe RCNY and New York Industrial Code Rule 56.

21. Ifmold, suspected ACM or peeling, flaking or chalking paint is observed, the cleaning contractor shall immediately contact the Monitoring Contractor.
