Thurs.lOam is good for us at DEP. Thanks ---- Original Message---- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, January 11, 2003 11:01 AM To: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected]; [email protected] ; [email protected] Cc: [email protected]; morrowy@assembly .state.ny.us; cwarnickgcwarchitecture.com; [email protected] Subject: Meeting at 114 Liberty: Thursday January 16th @ 10:00AM

Let's go for Thurday in the morning then. I believe Jack, the DEP, Chris Warnick, and I can make it. Hopefully, others can make it also. The purpose of the meeting is to work out final details for scope of work and how to execute the project. There are certain differences in specifications at this time. We will work to figure out how to resolve the differences or work around them through project planning and coordination. We at 114 Liberty need to determine specifically what we need to do in advance of the DEP project. It is important for us to finalize this and get it out to bid, and to start the project as soon as possible. Then, while we are working on the building, the DEP can start their bid process and be ready to take over as soon as we are ready. Thanks, Dave Regards, Dave Stanke
