4, Inmates who have received treatment for mental illness once or twice.
(including taking of psychotropic medication) and, on the latter occasion, are
determined to no
longer be in need of treatment, are not members of the class.
5. Inmates who have received treatment for mental illness more than twice
(including taking of psychotropic medication), and are receiving such treatment at the rime

technically are members of the class. However, these individuals will receive
only a note
indicating that no further treatment or services are necessary.
7. The language "will receive treatment" does not refer to
ihnates who
presently incarcerated, but to individuals who may be inearceratoj in the future. '
8. Treatment means receipt of psychotropic medication, a list of which is to
be provided by CHS, and any other categories of treatment in the
City Jails that are for mental
illness, a list of which will be provided by CHS.
