The purpose of this letter is to request your
cooperation in permitting DEP to perform an inspection

Environmental - A previous inspection showed that the

and 24-608 of the Administrative code, authorize
DEP to conduct necessary testing and sampling of
potential sources of air pollution, prohibit
interference with DEP personnel in the performance of
their duties, and require cooperation with response
measures taken by DEP to protect public health and
welfare or the environment. if you do not permit the
building exterior to be inspected, DEP may issue
Commissioners orders or Notices of violation which may
carry penalties of up to $10,000 per day.
