Dear Ms. Theodorellys:
In accordance with our October 10, 2001 telephone conversation, enclosed herewith please find the asbestos test results for our buildings located at 310 Greenwich Street, 40 Harrison Street, 80 N. Moore Street and 51 Harrison Street.
Information regarding our contractor's qualifications, the methodology used, the test dates and results, and our contractor's concluding remarks can be found within the first five (5) pages of each buildings' report.
Briefly, the "results of the air monitoring conducted at the above referenced address(es) show that the asbestos fibers airborne concentration levels were below 70 structures/mm2 at testing time". As you know, the 70 structures/mmz level was established by the Environmental Protection Agency, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, New York State Department of Labor, New York City Department of Health and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
