5. 2e 1nat1on. This license shall be terminable by the Licensor or Licensee On to a default days written notice to the address set fosrb below by fz or certified snail. In the event of by either party, the license may be terminated immediately, without any prior notice.

6. Waiver of Claims. Licensor açees that no claims or cause of action for damages shall accuse by reason of revocation or t smination of this License.

7. Teri. This license shall commence as of the latest date appearing at the end of the sigzature page and remain effect for a period of ninety (90) days unless or until terminated or revoked as hereinabove provided.

8. CiesnIan Work Nett_ e 4rrickut of Liability. it is expressly understood and agreed by Liceasor and Lioevsce that Licecae&s perfonnance of the Cleaning Work herecnder is note and shall not be cowed as,

(1) en ad ionoragreementbytheLio ccthatitiS1iEhleforthedePOSit0f3UyduSt, debris or other material in or on the Premueises ass utoftheeveitsofSsptembem 11, 30 01, at the World Trade Center complex, or the subsequent debris rearaoval activity related thereto; or

(11) an admission or aeement by the Licensee that it is liable for any condition, environmental or othemvise, that may exist in or on the Premises as of the date hereof.

9. Lsn4t rka. If the Promises are a designated landmark, Landowner gives its permission for DEP to file the 'Application Porte for Work On Designated Pmpeattes" with the Now York City Landmarks Preservation Commission on Landowner's behalf.

10. Ntk i Notices and correspondence regarding this License shall be directed by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested to the Licenses', at the following
