8) In no event shall the Licensee, its agents, cenactors, or sUbCOV.fraCtOtS enter the Li is preperty for the puposea of performing the Cleaning Work other than between the therm of g:OO a.m. and S:00 p.m.

b) Ucensea shall provide the La or with written ratification of itshteniion to begin the Clem Work at least two (2) days prior to the commencement of such Work.

c) Licensee shall pay the 'curare cost of all work, labor, and material in connection with the Cleaning Work undertaken by it hereunder except that the Litaesor shall s apply and pay for all power and water usage in connection with the Cleating Work.

d) Ucisec, its agents, contactors, and employees, stair perform all Cleaning Work promptly and in a workmanDilre manner with a minimum of disturbances to the Licenser's property

e) Ucensee shall maintain such flags, lights, barricades and enclosures as required for the safety of persons, property and traffic flow.

g) Any conisstor or subcontractors perfonn g the Clearing Work on beiaalf of the Licensee shall obtain, prior to the coraatcncen1etst of any Cleaning Work, insurance in the amounts and types as sect forth herein in Exhibit B;

h) All City employees, and any contrador or subcontractor performing arty activities on the Cit s behalf, shall, at all mica, wear proper identification which, at a ?ninimeat shall inolude, an identiñratgon card with the name and photoocaph of the person.
