Re: WTC HVAC Report for 275 Greenwich.Street.

Inspection date: February 5`h$ 2003

Dear Mr. Confortini,

According to visual inspection conducted by our HVAC Specialist Duct Dusters Air Duct Cleaning, Environmental Technologies Division, Cole Consulting Corp hereby recommend that two equipments should be cleaned because WTC dust was found in the equipments.

Please note that during the visual inspection of the HVAC Units in the above building, the following under listed units were found to be impacted and should be cleaned. I. HVAC Unit: Hallway HVAC South. Area Served is South Hallway '2. Basement HVAC, locate in Storage room A, and serve basement area. 3: Roof Mechanical Exhaust System : #6, #8, #1I , # 12, #25, #26, #27, #28,#30, #3.1 and #32

All other systems were not impacted. Please note that there are Eight (8) Central Ventilation System Units in this building. This constitute eight (8) inspections. Also there are Thirty four (34) Mechanical Exhaust System units on the roof. This constitute seven (7) inspections. Thus we have a total of fifteen (15) inspections in this building.
