Reference: 114 Liberty Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY Dear Ms. Theodorellys: Enclosed please find the analytical results for Lead in Dust sampling conducted at 114 Liberty Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY. All samples were collected by JLC Environmental Consultants, Inc. (JLC) at the request of New
York City D.E.P.. samples were analyzed by JLC Environmental Consultants, using an Atomic Absorption ectrometer, equipped with an Air-Acetylene flame and background correction in accordance with the HUD "Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint Hazardous House" Appendix 14.2 and the Environmental Protection Agency Method, EPA SW846-6010B.
The current HUD Guidelines define the Leaded Dust Clearance levels (by wipe sampling) is
25ug/ft2. Any questions concerning results and/or documentation should be directed to Gulam Machhiwala, our laboratory director.
